I was never told and then promised a call back which never happened. I googled and found many online stores sell for the same price, perhaps with less drama. On balance, it would appear that Sydney Tools is a poor company to deal with, but I base this not on the one post wonders but the others with reputation, who berate Sydney Tools. Bosch Australia had said that they had no more 10.8v 2.0amp batteries left in the country. They sent it a second time again to the wrong address and so was returned to their depot AGAIN.
Thank goodness i didn't try to order it online. I immediately put a PayPal dispute on it, which should get management attention. The air compressor is pretty god for its price. I also complained that some of the tools looked second hand. Never again would I buy from these guys, they need to lift their game if they want to be in the online business. Bigger is always better, so I ordered them anyway and I dont regret it as it turns out. They did not contact me in anyway throughout this process. Ordered a 2 piece combo kit and a multi-tool from them last Tuesday arvo, CC was processed soon after, was being readied for dispatch from Sydney on Wednesday ,dispatched Thursday arrived at Woolgoolga 09:00 Monday morning, other than being a bit slow everything went smoothly no problems and Would probably use them again.
